Terms of Use

These terms cover the Cosmo website at joincosmo.ai and its waitlist. Cosmo is a product by Kenneth Shaw and Zak Allen and is not yet incorporated. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch website for Cosmo, an AI meeting teammate that is still being built. Nothing here is a finished product, and the features described may change or never ship. Descriptions, screenshots, and demos are illustrations of what we are working toward, not commitments.

The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address so we can contact you about early access.
  • Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular pricing.
  • We onboard a small number of teams at a time and choose them at our discretion.
  • You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@joincosmo.ai.

How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit email addresses that are not yours, attempt to interfere with the site, or use automated tools to scrape or flood it. Be a good neighbour.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it.

Intellectual property

The Cosmo name, mark, and the content on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely; please do not copy or republish its content without asking.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cosmo moves toward launch. Product-specific terms, including for calendar access and meeting participation, will be published before the product is available. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
