Privacy Policy

Cosmo (joincosmo.ai) is a product by Kenneth Shaw and Zak Allen. It is not yet incorporated. This policy describes what we collect on this website today and how we use it.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is the email address you enter in the waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, company, or anything else, and we do not collect information about you from other sources.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site running and secure. We also use privacy-focused, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count visits and waitlist signups in aggregate. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

• To contact you about early access to Cosmo and let you know when it is ready.
• To understand roughly how many people are interested, so we can plan onboarding.

That is it. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and every email we send about early access will include a way to opt out.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any other personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Where it lives

This website is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure runs in the United States. Waitlist emails are stored with our infrastructure providers and are accessible only to the two of us.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email address from the waitlist at any time by writing to hello@joincosmo.ai. We will confirm once it is done.

The product, once it launches

Cosmo itself will work differently from this website. When it launches, Cosmo will connect to your Google Calendar with read-only access to find the meetings that repeat, and it will join meetings only with your consent and that of the meeting organiser, where it captures decisions and action items for the people in the call. That will involve processing calendar data and meeting content, which this policy does not yet cover.

We will publish a full, updated privacy policy describing that data handling before the product launches, and we will let waitlist members know when it changes.
